A Painful Situation!

A man in his late thirties presented with suprapubic pain and difficulty passing urine since morning. He was able to pass out only a few drops of urine with each attempt. There was no gross haematuria, fever or chills, nor did he suffer any penile trauma. He had a history of bladder stone, but was unsure if he had subsequently passed it out.

A bedside ultrasound of the lower urinary tract was performed. Do you see the cause of the patient’s agony?
